To ensure warranty validity and optimal performance, please strictly adhere to the following protocols.
Immediate visual verification of LIKI’s export-grade crating is required. Any structural anomalies must be documented on the Bill of Lading to protect your warranty rights.
Aluminum systems must be stored in a dry, ventilated environment. Maintain a vertical stance of 75°-90° to prevent sash warping and thermal break stress.
LIKI requires installation by licensed contractors familiar with European-spec systems. This ensures that high-load hardware from GU (Gretsch-Unitas) or Roto is calibrated for a lifetime of operation.
The rough opening must not exceed a 1/8" tolerance. Precision in the Rough Opening is the only way to guarantee the intended U-Factor and air-tightness results.
