Thermally Broken Aluminum Window Systems

We use 100% virgin 6063-T66 aluminum alloy, which offers superior strength-to-weight ratios compared to standard recycled aluminum. This allows for slimmer frames (Site-lines) and larger glass areas without compromising structural safety. Unlike wood (which rots) or vinyl (which warps), our architectural-grade aluminum withstands extreme weather and UV exposure for decades with minimal maintenance.

Both are high-performance crank-out (or push-out) systems, but they serve different functions:

• Choose Casement (Side-Hung): If you prioritize maximum ventilation and clear views. Hinged at the side, they can open fully (top-to-bottom) to scoop in breezes, making them ideal for living rooms and bedrooms where airflow is key.

   

• Choose Awning (Top-Hung): If you need ventilation during rain or privacy. Hinged at the top, the sash creates a protective canopy that keeps water out during light showers. They are often placed higher on walls (e.g., in bathrooms or above kitchen sinks) to allow airflow without compromising security or privacy.

Our window systems are designed to combat noise pollution. By combining multi-chamber profiles, EPDM automotive-grade sealing strips, and laminated or varying-thickness glass, we effectively disrupt sound waves. High-performance configurations can achieve STC/Rw ratings suitable for busy city centers or near airports.
