Located in a coastal suburb of Australia, this project faced the classic challenge of balancing an open aesthetic with harsh environmental realities. The site is exposed to high wind loads and intense UV radiation.
The architect required a glazing solution that complied with local safety codes while maintaining clean lines. Our task was to provide a cost-effective yet structurally superior system—delivering commercial-grade weather resistance in a residential setting, while allowing the client to define the tactile quality of the home.

The Wind: Storms here generate massive pressure. Standard residential windows often rattle or leak.
The Sun & Salt: Intense UV rays and salty air can ruin paint and rust hardware in just a few years.
The Goal: The client needed a system that is “Commercial Strong” but looks “Residential Sleek.”
Our Solution: We did not just sell products. We engineered a defense system. We mixed a high-performance window (50 Series) with a practical sliding door (95 Series). This balanced the budget and performance perfectly.
