Inquiry & Rough Estimate

We don’t just manufacture windows; we engineer solutions. In this stage, our senior engineers review your architectural plans to create detailed CAD shop drawings.

As seen in the photo, we rigorously inspect the thermal-break aluminum profiles (polyamide strips) to ensure they meet standards for energy efficiency. We verify every opening size, wind load requirement, and structural connection before a single piece of metal is cut.

Action: Full CAD Shop Drawings for Sign-off.
Standard: NFRC & AAMA Compliance Check.
Goal: Zero errors in dimensions.

02

Production & QC

Quality consistency is achieved through automation, not guesswork. Our factory is equipped with world-class Emmegi CNC machining centers imported from Italy.

These machines process the aluminum profiles with digital accuracy (±0.1mm), ensuring that every miter corner is tight and every hardware slot is positioned perfectly. This level of precision is impossible to achieve with manual cutting, guaranteeing a perfect fit for your project.

Equipment: Italian Emmegi CNC Centers.
Precision: ±0.1mm Tolerance.
Capacity: High-volume output for large projects.

Logistics & Delivery

Once manufacturing is complete, we treat packaging as the most critical final step before the ocean journey.

Your windows are wrapped in a 4-layer protection system: protective film, thick corner guards, bubble wrap, and finally, secured inside non-fumigation plywood crates. As shown in the photo, we use reinforced strapping to ensure stability. Whether it’s CIF or DDP delivery, we guarantee your goods arrive at the North American job site intact and ready to unload.

Material: Heavy-duty Plywood Crate.
Safety: Zero-Breakage Guarantee.
Logistics: Door-to-Door (DDP) Service Available.

Installation & Support

Our service doesn’t end when the truck drives away. We know that proper installation is key to performance.

We make it easy for your local team. As depicted, all our units are pre-drilled and pre-configured in the factory to minimize on-site labor. We provide comprehensive installation manuals, video tutorials, and remote technical guidance to ensure your contractor can install the windows perfectly, just like our own technicians would.

Resources: Detailed PDF & Video Guides.
Design: Pre-punched installation holes.
Promise: 10-Year Warranty & Remote Support.

FAQs

Accuracy is guaranteed through our Shop Drawing Approval Process. Before any metal is cut, LIKI engineers create detailed CAD shop drawings based on your architectural plans. These drawings visualize every opening, section detail, and structural requirement. Production only begins after you or your architect has reviewed and signed off on these drawings. This "Digital Verification" step ensures that what we build matches exactly what you need.

We bring the inspection to you. LIKI offers a "Virtual Pre-Shipment Inspection". Once production is complete, we share high-definition photos and videos of your specific order. For complex units, we perform a trial assembly in our factory and record the operation test. You will see the details of the finish, hardware operation, and sealing before the final payment is made.

Yes, we provide comprehensive support for local teams. Every shipment includes a detailed Installation Guide and specific node drawings for your project. We also provide video tutorials demonstrating standard installation procedures. Our technical team is available for remote support to answer any questions your installer may have during the process.

We plan for the unexpected. LIKI implements a "Spare Parts Mechanism." We include extra critical consumables (screws, gaskets, shims) in the shipping crate to handle minor site losses. If a major component (like a handle or hinge) is damaged, we can dispatch replacements via international courier (DHL/FedEx) to ensure your project timeline is not affected.
